The company contracted to do the brewing equipment project of Shijiazhuang Zhenji Brewing Factor on Dec 2004, and this is the Hebei provincial project. This project adopted the DN3600mm×H11000mm FRP fermentation vessel. The body of the vessel was covered and the cover was divided into the upper and lower parts which were used to cool and heat.

On April 1, 2005, our company contracted to do the extending project of Beijing Old Caichen Foodstuff Co., Ltd. This project adopted 100 stere FRP storage vessel and its medium are soy sauce and vinegar.

On Mrach 2005, our company contracted to do the project of Xiamen Longhai Shengji Food Industry Co., Ltd. This project adopted DN1600×7800 FRP fermentation vessel for soy sauce.

The company contracted to do the soy sauce storage vessel project of Foshan Haitian Flavor Food Co., Ltd on Oct 2004. this project adopted DN3600×6400 soy sauce storage vessel, and our company produced 20 sets of such FRP soy sauce storage vessels for that company.
Purity development project of Xingtai Sinan Purity Research Institute
On Dec 2004, the company firstly contracted to do the purity development project of Xingtai Sinan Purity Research Institute. The medium of this project is the phosphate with the temperature of 80℃ and consistency and consistency of 85%. This was the first time for our company to ally with the research institute and develop the complete set of electric catching equipment about phosphate fume for the large electric field. This set of equipment have wide range foreground, and this experiment provided us with rich experience. So this project set a good foundation for our company to produce such kind production in the purity field.

From 2002 to 2005, our company gradually contracted to work for the project of the group of fermentation vessels. This project contained more than 1000 FRP vessels with volume of 60 cubic meters.
Siping Haohua Chemical Co., Ltd. project
2005.10.23, our company contracted the project of 3 sets DN4000*7000/33% hydrochloric acid vertical flat-bottom tanks of Siping Haohua Chemical Co., Ltd. under the 0.06 Mpa pressure, the tanks should keep their shape as vertical flat-bottom. After the numerous design and practice of our designers and workers, the plan that adding steel bar at the outside and changing inner angle under pressure was decided. This method solved this problem successfully.

2005.2, our company contracted the project of Hebei Chengxin Co., Ltd. this project adopted 51 sets of DN1000-3500 FRP vessel and the medium is hydrochloric acid.
Project of Zhongyi Zhengyuan Chemical Co., Ltd
This project is a project about waster water dealing. The medium are various, including ferrous sulphate, emulsion of calcium hydroxide and 27.5% hydrogen peroxide. Some of the equipments should be added the churn-dasher.

2006.3.15, our company contracted some items in the environmental protection project of Zhongrun Zhiyao Co., Ltd, including the manufacture and assembles of FRP chimney, ductwork, and fittings. The medium in the chimney is complex and contains H2S. By strictly choosing material, our company completed the project on site within the schedule.
Project of Jiangsu Yixing Dye Factory
2006.4, our company contracted the large tanks for 4 sets of 300 stere and 2 sets of 500 stere. The medium of these tanks are dye. In order to ensure the product’s quality and decrease the cost, we did the experiments with 3 different resins. In the end, the problems such as the rich rain, large humidity and difficult cure of resin were overcome and we finished it successfully.

2006.7.21 our company contracted 2 sets FRP waster water tanks of this project, and the medium contained a little dye. By testing the coupon, we adapt a domestic resin to meet the customer’s requirements. So that the cost was decreased and the customer saved his fund.

2006.5, we contracted the launder of ammonium sulphate mother liquor. This project ended the old, high cost, short lifetime and all time maintenance plan which putted FRP cloth at the surface of steel launder, and supplied the insurance for flow process.

2006.9, we contracted FRP equipments of water dealing project. The medium are Na2SO3·7H2O 、PH=10organic base、59%PACpolyaluminium chloride、5%PAMpolyarcyamide、acid base comprehensive liquor.
Syria project of China Lanxing Corp
2006.4, our company contracted the manufacture and construction of nonmetal equipments in the 75 tons/day ionic membrane sodium hydroxide project whose working place is Damascus.
These equipments not only include the equipments made within domestic factory such as: FRP towers, vessels, FRP/Ti compound chloride scrubber, FRP/PVC compound filling dry-tower, foam dry-tower, chloride catching machine, but also contain the tanks made on site such as, FRP or FRP/PVC large vessels.
In addition, our company produces a large number of FRP vessels in the fields of brewing, chemical and medicine.
